Thanks for introducing my kids to Jim Jones, YMCA

Picked the kiddos up from Y-Play after a workout and was asked by the youngest about poison Kool-Aid. I asked where she had heard that and it was one of the teenage staff and she asked why there was poison in Kool-Aid. I asked her exactly what had been said and that it was a bunch of people had willingly drunk it and died.

Oof… that’s a 7 year old I just had to explain about Jim Jones and cults, that there’s no poison in anyone’s drinks, and to not tell any of her friends about poisoned drinks, etc.
