Plex became decidedly not family friendly

In general I would cross post the article over here, but I’m going to direct you to the other blog on this one because reasons involving WordPress and images I’ve got to get sorted out.

The long and short of it is that a default no configuration Plex account on your TV was able to access the cover art of XXX movies, and was also for a while allowing managed users (kids,) to access content and trailers for movies they should not have been able to.
