Yet another Britax B-Agile Stroller Recall announced
The BOB and B-Agile strollers are the subject of yet another recall. You may recall the recall where they were decapitating fingers, but this new recall seems to simply cover dropping your baby two and a half feet onto the sidewalk.
The issue is when putting a car seat into the seat holder, if damaged mounts are present, it won’t hold the car seat in place. The Click & Go mounts can get damaged if you attempted to fold the until with a seat still in place, which if you don’t have a baby you might think is a silly thing to do but five nights awake because of lil one and bam. Makes sense.
Looks like the receivers can also get damaged by dropping the stroller after folding it, although that’s not listed as a cause.
For the short term, look at the mount, ensure your baby clicks in right, and head on over to the Britax Click & Go recall page where you can read about the Britax B-Agile Stroller Recall and the BOB Motion Stroller Recall.
By recall, as a note, it means they ship you a new piece and you can swap it out in about twenty seconds. Not that you’ll be without stroller. So go ahead and get on it.
Also, if your kid isn’t in a car seat placed into the stroller, you shouldn’t worry.
