Changing diapers and gas relief doesn’t have to be a fight, but when it is, who better to have in your corner than Rorion Gracie, creator of the UFC and head of the Gracie Family. This video is old news to the fighting baby world I’m sure, but I’m new to the game and just managed to see it.

I don’t really have much to say on this other than that the technique is what I’ve been using on Maggie without knowing that I might be setting her on a path to MMA, and it’s kind of fascinating when your random sports and baby worlds collide.

I couldn’t help but thinking the entire time I was watching this video that the baby was getting ready to execute some sort of ground move and put Rorion into some sort of lock, finally ending in an arm bar and a poopy diaper to the face.

Chances are you already are a pro at working the farts out, so you’re not going to get a lot from this video other than to check out how the mighty change diapers. Still interesting to watch someone who’s trained the largest family of fighting badasses fart a baby and change a diaper.
