Evil baby explained away by pediatrician visit

Moo at 6 monthsSo, I’d mentioned that I had a handful with Maggie for a couple of days and had not had a lot of time to write up much for the ITB. The handful included her not sleeping, refusing solids, throwing up, always needing to be held, dissatisfaction with anything, looking at me funny when I fed her a bottle, and shrieking level screaming when changing a diaper or leaving her field of vision.

Basically Tuesday and Wednesday I was attached to baby, so I didn’t get a whole heck of a lot done.

We initially thought that the new formula might be to blame, but evidently it’s her two first teeth that popped in that may be the culprit.

Anyhow, we evidently have a perfectly normal happy healthy baby girl who’s got teething pains and likes to throw up large amounts of milk as she’s able. Now I’ll get to see if those homeopathic teething pills actually do anything. I’m sort of of the idea that they probably have the same effect as a mild roofie based on what’s in them.

Whatever the case, her six month checkup was fine and she’s doing great. She also loves holding cell phones when they’re playing music. I don’t know what these two things have to do with each other, but I didn’t get a lot of sleep as baby decided to wake up quite a bit last night.
